The crew did a fantastic job of packing/loading my belongings. The team lead is extremely professional and knowledgeable in their approach with the customer, making recommendations that really paid off in assuring our belongings arrived safely. I only chose four stars instead of five, because the communication with the back office for scheduling our delivery after pickup was suboptimal.
Thanks to the crew! They made my move incredibly easy and worry free. Right from the moment they arrived, they were polite, smiling and ready to take on their job.
