The crew did a fantastic job of packing/loading my belongings. The team lead is extremely professional and knowledgeable in their approach with the customer, making recommendations that really paid off in assuring our belongings arrived safely. I only chose four stars instead of five, because the communication with the back office for scheduling our delivery after pickup was suboptimal.
